    Finally a routine that ACTIVATES hips and abs. Spent the last year depressed in bed and atrophied my core so much I was getting pelvic floor issues. I knew my lower abs abs hip flexors were very weak, but they’re so weak that I just can’t even engage them on direct exercises so I’ve been struggling. Something light like this to build mind muscle connection is exactly what I need

    Dude thanks for the beginner stuff for sure. I am posting from my wife’s account; but i am 40 and i thought i would try this to help recover from a broken back. Even the simplest motions are pretty painful but when i was done with just ten minutes i stood up and i was straighter than i have been since i was injured. I know it’s going to be life long maintenance even if i heal but thanks for making a video that helps me start somewhere.

    Did the first 3 beginners workouts with you tonight and it feels amazing. This is my first experience with yoga and I definitely feel the strengthening effect. Some movements seem better than weight training. Thanks! It really helps seeing you doing them along with me.

    I believe that's the end of the pelvic floor series. Well, time to do them now, instead of spectating. Wake those muscles up and retrain them!
